- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I was a patient of Dr. Eden when I was 14, that was 10 years ago. So i decided to go back because they were the best around back then. After going there today I will NEVER go back. I was told on the phone when I made my appointmet there was services that are included. when I get there they tell me I would have to come back for that. I was there 1 1/2 hours trying to go on my hour lunch break. When I called the Office manager to just simply tell her what happend and I was upset, she laughed at me and said her staff doesnt make mistakes. She was so incredibly rude and stated that she didnt want me back as a patient. even though I was only calling to tell her (I was calm, no yelling no cursing) that I was upset about the misunderstanding. Its ashame because as doctors go Eden and Young are great! but the staff and especially the office manager... I WILL NEVER GO BACK! I wouldnt recommend anyone EVER GOING THERE!April 29, 2017by April Crafton
